Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free for a single counter with up to 3 users and 100 orders a month. Upgrade whenever you outgrow it.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly plans are billed once and cost 20% less than paying monthly for twelve months.
Do I pay per user or per branch?
Plans bundle a set number of branches and users. On Chain, extra branches are ₹499 each per month.
Do you help us set up?
Yes. Every paid plan includes guided onboarding: branches, roles, order stages, delivery zones and staff logins.
Can we start with one branch and add more later?
Yes. Upgrade to Professional or Chain and add branches. Your patients, roles and settings carry over with no migration.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of GST. A GST invoice is issued with every payment.
